Submit Films

Feature Films ( ALL FORMATS, ALL GENRES ARE ACCEPTED FROM ALL CONTINENTS)

1. The film should be a Feature length and Duration for competition category is equal or more then 45 min.

2. If Feature Film - its equal and more then 45 minutes in duration then its Feature Film Category.

2. If Documentary Film - its equal and more then 45 minutes in duration then its Feature Documentary Category.

3. If Animation Film - its equal and more then 45 minutes in duration then its Feature Animation Category.

4. If Web Series - its equal and more then 45 minutes in duration then its Web Series Category. ( max screen time 120 min , if more then 120 min then selected episode screen or premier )

5. Production Completion year after 1st Jan. 2024 or If Censor certified by Information and Broadcasting Ministry or Central Board of Film Certification, India then Censor date on Certificate after 20th Dec. 2023.

6. Films should be in 35mm/70mm/16 mm and in Digital format AS J2k , also accepted in PAN Drive or Hard Drive.

7. Pan drive / HDD of films may also be sent for purposes of selection (selection committee of RIFF) only so as to reach the Festival Director before 31st DEC. 2024 and HDD / pan drive may also be sent through diplomatic channels. RIFF will Not Return DVD / Pan drive Copy after Festival but HDD can collect after Film Screening from our Programming Team.

8. The below Form, duly filled in, separately for each film proposed to be entered should reach the Festival Director by 31st DEC. 2024.

9. Films will normally be screened in their original language/version. Films in language other than Hindi/English must have subtitles in English. Films that arrive without subtitles, or with subtitles other than in English, where such subtitles are required, shall not be screened in the Festival.

10. Classroom and advertising films are not eligible for participation in any section.

11. Participation in the Festival implies acceptance of these Regulations. Once Film Submit in Festival and Deposit Submission Fees after that Festival will not Refund Submission fees against any reason for Not Selected or withdrawal film

12. The participants must ensure that they have the right to participate in the RIFF - Rajasthan International Film Festival, Jaipur India with regard to parties connected with the production / distribution of the participating film and / or other right holders/licenses.

13. The Festival Director will decide all matters not expressly provided for in these regulations but in conformity with the provisions of the International Regulations for film festivals and its decisions shall be final and binding on all parties.

Entry Fees : INR 15,000/- Indian rupees OR US $225 ( Its include Screening of Films ) for Duration equal and more then 45 min.

( Feature Film / Long Documentary / Web series ) After First Dead line 31 Oct 2024 and Before Second dead line 30 Nov 2024

Entry Fees : INR. 20,000/- Indian rupees OR US $250 ( Its include Screening of Films ) for Duration equal and more then 45 min.

( Feature Film / Long Documentary / Web series ) After Second dead line 30 Nov 2024 to till entry closed on 31 Dec 2024
