The RIFF Viewing Room ( FM) presents films from All Continents, which are recently completed or still in post-production, at the RIFF Film Market. These films are looking for film festivals, world sales, distribution partners and also finishing funds.

RIFF Viewing Room ( FM) connect Sellers (filmmakers) with Buyers (film programmers, distributors, world sales agents and investors) from around the world. Buyers are able to watch the films, access details about the films as well as contact the filmmakers. This is a specially curated section of the RIFF Viewing Room Film Market.

1. The Film Should be Short Films / Short and Long Documentary Films / Feature Films / Short and Long Animation Films / Web Series / Music Video Albums duration more then 1 min ( only Accept High Resolution MP4 formats, All Genres are accepted from All continents are under Non Competition Films Category.

2. Production year after 1st Jan. 2022 or If Censor certified by Information and Broadcasting Ministry or Central Board of Film Certification, India then Censor date on Certificate after 1st Jan. 2022.

3. Films should be in 35mm/70mm/16 mm and in Digital format As MP4 , also accepted in PAN Drive or Hard Drive.

4. Pan drive / HDD of films may also be sent for purposes of selection (selection committee of RIFF) only so as to reach the Festival Director before 31st DEC. 2024 and HDD / pan drive may also be sent through diplomatic channels. RIFF will Not Return DVD / Pan drive Copy after Festival.

5. The Festival Director may also invite films it considers of interest.

6. If language of the film is other than English, it must be dubbed or sub-titled in English.

7. Films may be entered by any organization, agency, individual producer or director.

8. A complete selected films shall be put up on the festival website: around 10th JAN. 2025.

9. Transportation and insurance costs of DVDs / Pan dirve related documents, photographs and publicity materials from the country of origin to the Festival Office shall be borne by the applicant and RIFF will Not Return DVD / Pan drive so pl not ask for Return Pan drive Copy after Festival.

10. RIFF would be allowed to use all photographs and publicity materials received along with the Entry and the same will not be returned to the entrants.

11. The Festival Authorities will have the right to screen (maximum 5 screening) in different cities of India on non-commercial basis.

12. Entry Forms with incorrect / inadequate / illegible / ambiguous particulars will not be considered.

13. DVDs/ Pan drive submitted for selection will be considered as final and no changes will be entertained after submission. It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to submit DVDs/ pan drive without any physical / quality defects.

14. All shortlisted entries will receive a certificate.

15. Anybody can submit one or more than one entry. There is no limit for submission.

16. Films once selected and submitted for the final screening will not be allowed to be withdrawn under any circumstances, until the Festival is over.

17. If a film is not eligible to be entered in any above category, will be not eligible for Film Festival Viewing Room ( Film Market)..

18. The below Form, duly filled in, separately for each film proposed to be entered should reach the Festival Director by 31st DEC. 2024.

19. Films will normally be run in their original language/version. Films in language other than Hindi/English must have subtitles in English. Films that arrive without subtitles, or with subtitles other than in English, where such subtitles are required, shall not be screened in the Festival.

20. Classroom and advertising films are not eligible for participation in any section.

21. Participation in the Festival implies acceptance of these Regulations. Once Film Submit in Festival and Deposit Submission Fees after that Festival will not Refund Submission fees against any reason for Not Selected or withdrawal film

22. The participants must ensure that they have the right to participate in the RIFF - Rajasthan International Film Festival, with regard to parties connected with the production / distribution of the participating film and / or other right holders/licenses.

23. The Festival Director will decide all matters not expressly provided for in these regulations but in conformity with the provisions of the International Regulations for film festivals and its decisions shall be final and binding on all parties.
